The Campaign will feed the roots by continuing to develop a culture that is proactive in identifying and inviting persons with special gifts to use those gifts in ministry and aiding their discernment and action on God’s call. It will develop a culture of growth across the entire Nebraska Synod where all who serve increase their capacity for Christ! Raising new leaders for Christ’s church through Operation IDEA.
