The campaign will enable the Nebraska Synod to double the number of pastors who have completed the Striving for Pastoral Excellence program. This program has demonstrated effectiveness in assisting pastors to implement a plan for growth in three key areas of ministry: personal, pastoral and spiritual. During the next three years, this remarkable program will be offered to another 100 pastors, which means 200 synod leaders will have completed this hands-on leadership experience.
