 Partnering with Lutheran Family Services, the Nebraska Synod will expand its care for and nurture of first call congregational leaders. As new leaders are encouraged and mentored, they will be more effective in their congregations and the church’s mission will be strengthened at home and beyond. Special attention will be given to spouses of first call leaders—helping them cope with the demands of ministry and helping them become partners in their spouse’s calling. The campaign will underwrite this vital ministry for four years.
