Operation IDEA sponsors the Associate in Ministry Retreat to link commissioned individuals with those considering this leadership area. The retreat offers a time of renewal, fellowship and networking. It provides an ideal place for those exploring new ways to serve as a leader in Christ’s church to gain answers to their questions. It also offers an overview of how Associates in Ministry serve in congregational and non-congregational settings, such as at social service agencies, counseling centers, colleges and seminaries, or synods.

This is an annual program of Operation IDEA.

The campaign will provide four years of funding for this Operation IDEA program.
