Operation IDEA sponsors an annual retreat designed for persons being shepherded by the Candidacy Committee, as well as those who serve as inviters, including campus pastors, camp leaders, pastors from communities which have institutions of higher learning and others.

Program Status:

The goal of Operation IDEA is to enable the Candidacy Committee to consistently shepherd 100 persons who are interested in the ministries of the church. This program, specifically, helps these candidates and potential candidates learn more about the process, further discern their calling and come together as a community.

The campaign will provide four years of funding for this Operation IDEA program.
