This retreat is especially designed for adults who are feeling like Peter—that it is time to get out of the boat and be a leader in Christ’s church in a daring new way. Participants come together to explore their call to serve in the church. The retreat includes worship, Bible study, prayer and information on various leadership programs. It also includes a little push to help people take the next step toward more meaningful ministry.

Program Status:

This program began in 2006 and has since become an annual program of Operation IDEA. To date, it has helped 32 individuals learn more about their call to be a leader in Christ's church.

The campaign will provide four years of funding for this Operation IDEA program.
