Exodus means a way out or a moving on to a greater calling. The Exodus Leadership Development Program is designed for adults, at least 20 years of age, who are ready to focus on discerning their call. This group meets monthly to discuss God’s call to serve as a leader in Christ’s church. Advance reading assignments provide the springboard for in-depth discussions. Through Exodus, potential leaders stretch and strengthen their leadership skills, discern their call and explore occupational options within the church. The goal is raise up leaders for lay, rostered and ordained positions.

Program Status:

Exodus Leadership Development began in 2001 and has had 39 individuals participate in this program.

The campaign will provide funding for this program for four years.
